Switzerland All inclusive Holidays

This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. The staff was very polite and helpful and there is a bus stop right on the corner that will take you to the train. It’s very easy to get around. They also have a restaurant but to be honest if I’m paying the prices they’re charging I’m not eating at a hotel restaurant. Overall we had a positive experience there and would stay there again.

Clean room and great staff!

Very nice and great staff but very overpriced - at least for the deluxe room I purchased. Maybe this is common in Europe one king bed is really two singles? Sheets are set up for singles and the put them together.

Amazing room! Great breakfast and wonderful late night bar! Centrally located on the lake..

Centrally located to the train station and old town. The room was clean and an excellent stopping point for two nights.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

This is the perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation.
