The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling.

This hotel is very conveniently located near an MTR station, trams and retail, restaurants and bars within walking distance. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

I had a great experience at Dorsett hotel in HK. Checking was fast and they even let us check in early. Rooms were cleaned and the staff are friendly. Good place to stay as it is close to restaurants and transportation. I recommend to all tra elders to HK. Thanks Dorset!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to check us in right away. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also a great location with easy access to the MTR.

"Very spacious room and all the staff are very friendly across the three Disney hotels. A staff at the lodge even borrowed us umbrella in case it rained and we returned it at our hotel.
