The room had bugs problem that hadn’t been solved properly. There were events at night lasting tilll midnight which was very noisy. And the room was not sound proof at all!

The room was nice, however I left my expensive trainers and hair tool. I once realised after 5pm. I immediately called the hotel and they didn’t bother to check for me or check cctv it was £500 value. I know the housekeeping kept it. Also it’s not 5 start, it’s 4 star. Room small but comfortable. Maybe some things a little dated. Food good and breakfast excellent. In busy part of Los Cristianos but pool and internal areas are a quite haven.
