Great, need to offer discounts if stuff is off
"They had a contamination with their sink system, so we couldn't use the sink. felt like a discount should have been the next thing out of their mouth but it wasn't. shouldn't be charging full price when you don't get full access. outside of that it was great. nice views, comfy room, clean."
