Great location, easy to access the city centre in about 15 minutes walking. Staff were very helpful and friendly on our arrival and helped accommodate our preferences.
Hotel was clean and felt very nice especially given the price.

Disappointing
Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. ...

A gem of a hotel
A really warm welcome, the owners were so helpful and informative. Balatongyrök is quiet but there were plenty of restaurant options available. The hotel is well situated and the service is really good.
