"We stayed in room 101. The room itself was good but the balcony had not been cleaned as a Yorkshire teabag was stuck on the wall and there was lots of bird poo on the seats. The glass surrounding the balcony could of done with a clean. The balcony rooms cost extra so the balcony should of been cleaned. ..."
