Room was decent size and clean. The hotel is right near the trains station so convenient to transportation. There's also a street with a ton of restaurants two blocks away. Very easy to walk to. Go up to the workout center at the top of the hotel, even if you don't work out, for a great view of the city skyline. And here's the best part, Try the dinner buffet at least once. It's THE BEST of any hotel buffet that we have eaten at and we travel a lot. For the inexpensive price you get really amazing gourmet food! And for those who drink, unlimited beer on tap! :) There were people who didn't stay at the hotel come to eat the dinner buffet. That tells you a lot!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was extremely convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The only real disappointments were the lack of air conditioning and the absence of a microwave in the room. The absence of air conditioning made the evenings a little uncomfortable, and a microwave would have been useful for quick reheating food. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a great experience, and I would consider staying again - especially if these amenities are added in the future.

The staff were not courteous. but not rude.

Clean communal areas, quiet and business friendly. Decent gym facilities. The rooms were on the small side.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is near a subway station and there are restaurants right in front of the hotel.

Loved the bathtub in the room. So modern design and super clean. Staffs are wonderful. I would 10000% want to come back for sure!!

We reserved a family prestige 1 bedroom suite and were pleasantly surprised that it came with a powder room as well as a full master bathroom perfect for a family of four. The sofa bed in the living room was large enough for our 12 year-old and eight-year-old children to share, and the staff set it up so nicely for them to sleep in. Cannot speak highly enough of the bed, comfort, cleanliness of the room, robes for amenities, slippers, and all the toiletries that were available for use in the bathroom my son enjoyed the tub and we enjoyed the shower. The location was very convenient to the subway, convenient to breakfast places even when you were jetlagged early in the morning, and easily walkable to the latte mall for shopping and or eating. Loved looking at the beautiful lake across the street morning and night. Would love to return back to the Sofitel in Seoul again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant and luxurious stay!
