Beautiful boutique hotel. Far surpassed any other hotel in town with beautiful decor, amenities, and amazing staff. Pick this hotel up and put it anywhere, it would be even with the best of the best.

Nice facilities, very spacious room! Shower was really nice, also contained a washing machine and dishwasher (powder and tablets for both included). Super convenient as shops very nearby and easy for tour/activity pickups.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and provide a good variety of freshly prepared food. The only funny issue was the tv stations (in English) did not match the content. BBC presented American crime series while CNN followed live police events in various countries. If we return to Longyearbyen we will stay at the Vault.
