Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations.

Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, wie zwei Prinzessinnen. Und das Abendessen in der Waldschänke war hervorragend. Das Personal war auch sehr nett. Zum Abschied wurden uns noch 2 Demeter Brote und Wasserflaschen für die Autofahrt überreicht.

Etwas Coronageschwächt - aber sonst super

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit neuerer Ausstattung erhofft, die sehr eingeschränkten SPA Möglichkeiten sowie die verkürzten Verweildauerzeiten waren eine Überraschung. Aber wir lieben Friedrichsruhe - waren schon oft Tagesgäste. Der Service und das Essen sind weltklasse. Das 3. Bett war für eine 60jährige etwas unbequem, aber für 1 Nacht überlebbar.

Trotz der Einschränkungen aufgrund von COVID 19 war es wieder ein Erlebnis drei wunderschöne Tage hier zu verbringen. Das Personal ist wie immer toll, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wie gewohnt sehr sauber und das Essen sehr lecker. Klar gibt es auch hier Hygienevorschriften und COVID 19-Maßnahmen zu beachten, aber die sind so dezent gehalten, dass es den Aufenthalt in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt.

Ik kom hier al jaren, soms meerdere keren per jaar. Fantastisch hotel, heel goed eten op meerdere nivo’s. Het was een teleurstelling dat ik, als vaste gast, ondanks mijn reservering voor kamer 213, in het ‘Schlosshotel’ werd ondergebracht. Daar vanuit is het bezoeken van de beroemde wellness-faciliteiten en de restaurants een ‘gedoe’.

Das Schlosshotel liegt traumhaft. Der Spa Bereich ist großzügig, sehr gepflegt und bietet sehr viel. Es gibt 3 Restaurants: die urige Waldschänke, das gepflegte Jagdstüberl und das edle Gourmet Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind groß, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dame am Empfang, Frau Lindner, kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste und gibt einem das Gefühl, man würde nach Hause kommen.

Mooi rustig, op de route van NL naar het zuiden.

Bijzonder Slot-hotel. Rust, perfect eten en mooie kamers. Om langer te blijven want het ‘Wellness-Bereich’ behoort tot de beste van de wereld. De omgeving zet aan tot verkenning op fiets of de motor(!), maar ook met de auto naar de plaatsen in de buurt.

tolles Hotel. alles perfekt: Lage, Service, Essen und Spa sind hervorragend Allerdings finde ich eine "Gebäudegarantie-Gebühr" (falls man verbindlich ein Zimmer in einem bestimmten Gebäude haben will) für befremdlich. Der Eingangsbereich im Schloss könnte auch ansprechender gestaltet sein

Luxuriöses Spa-Hotel

Idyllisch gelegenes Schlosshotel mit einem sehr schönen Spa-Bereich. Wir hatten drei Zimmer über das Wochenende im Jagdschloss gebucht. Die Junior-Suiten sind geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr reichhaltig. Dinner in der Waldschänke & Jägerstube sind absolut empfehlenswert. Das Hotel hat sicherlich seinen Preis aber der Service ist absolut top und alle Wünsche werden von den Augen abgelesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Luxus pur und eine Oase der Ruhe

Ein traumhaftes Schlosshotel. Alle Wünsche werden den Gästen von den Augen abgelesen. Es werden keine Kompromisse gemacht, nur das Beste wird den Gästen geboten. Der Preis ist hoch aber das Hotel sucht seinesgleichen. Gerne wieder.
