Greeted by a helpful hostess who spoke good English and made check in easy. Breakfast was lovely with healthy selections. Located in a convenient area for tourists. Negatives were no air conditioning or wash cloths

This was a great option. The breakfast daily was fantastic, I loved the coffee machine. The location was excellent, walkable distance to the city. The staff was nice. The receptionist on checkin in gave us the first available room 1hr beforehand. She saw the tiredness in our eyes and helped as best she could. Kudos to her. The only issue with the room was no ac just fan. Not sure if this is normal in Zurich. But to be honest it really didnt bother us. Will surely recommend here for the price.
