"Very nice hotel but far from the actual older tourist side of downtown area. Prices are very expensive in Switzerland compared to the rest of Europe. Make sure to visit Lucerne and take cable car up to Mt Pilatus, fantastic views up high. Also take a cruise across Lake Lucerne!"

"The hotel room was spacious but it was very dated and the shower had mold. The lobby is nice and updated and clean. Their airport transportation makes it very convenient! This was the best perk!"

"Convenient to the airport with easy access on the tram. Some air conditioning- but it didn't keep our rooms cools, just kept them not super hot. We still used fans and it was about 80F outside. Rooms small, but workable. Breakfast was great. A good place to stay the night before we flew out (which is what we needed)."

"A really friendly hotel which was perfect for families with young children. The reception staff were always helpful. I was always able to get warm milk for my toddler who drinks from a bottle. Swimming pool was also perfect for the children. Breakfast variety wasn’t great but none the less everyone was fed."
