"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"Skulle bare have en nem overnatning og så videre. Men det her sted var vidunderligt. Pænt, rent og en fantastisk smuk udsigt over vandet. En fantastisk og stot terrasse på 1. sal, hvor man kunne nyde solnedgangen over havet. Værtinden var sød, smilende og yderst hjælpsom. Lige skråt overfor ligger der en restaurant helt nede ved stranden. Skønt sted!"

Location is excellent, tucked away from busy port where the boats and yachts dock yet on a walking distance to excellent restaurants and entrance to the beautiful national park. Interior is well maintained with modern and tasteful style and the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. "Hotel Lombarda is located in a quiet village just a short bus or uber ride from the port in Korcula. The hotel is pretty “tired”, and could use some updating of rooms, baths and common areas above the lobby. The pool area was great and we enjoyed talking with the bartender. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our friends did have an obnoxious sewer odor in their room that was never really resolved. Hotel has indicated they will refund one nights stay, but that hasn’t happened as of yet. It was fun to visit a couple of wineries while we were there."
