"Clean room, excellent breakfast, ideally located along the river and convenient onsite parking but a bit pricey. Only negative was the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and maintenance wasn’t able to clear it up completely during our stay but manageable."

"Exquisite housekeeping and turn-down service. Beautiful structure in a perfect location: near central Bilbao, across the street from the “Gugg,” and a few steps from the airport bus stop. "Nice hotel in the centre of Bilbao. The short comings of self service hotels without reception were materialised, when we waited delayed luggage. Where and how to deliver them, when delivery staff did not speak English? The pull out bed of the room was strange and not for clumsy people."

"Cuando vamos a Vitoria nos solemos alojar ahí, habitación tipo apartamento muy espaciosas, modenas y cómodas. Alrededor es una zona residencial, y si quieres comer o cenar tienes que coger el coche. Pero en 10 minutos estas en el centro."
