There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. "The bed was amazing, very comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady in charge was very helpful and friendly. I was able to message about a query and the response was quick. I was also asked if i needed the room cleaned halfway through by 5 night stay. Room was neat and tidy and the view of the church was beautiful."
