"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Great location. Very clean. Great value for the price. I highly recommend it."

"Sehr hilfsbereites Personal! Das Zimmer schlicht aber sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung."

"This hotel gets very mixed reviews, which seem to me to reflect guests' differing expectations. The good points. The people who run it are incredibly nice and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are a bit tired and old, but nobody should be surprised by that. They are spotlessly clean, very quiet, and surprisingly cool during the heatwave in June 2026. The hotel is very convenient for the Goethe Theatre. The not so good points. You have to phone them to unlock the door and check...

"Room cleaning service was a no-show. (nor was there a please do not disturb/ make up room) sign there for use on the door. Other staff, including the Manager, were incredibly rude, curt, and...

"Camera accogliente e vicina al centro tutto comodo"

"Sehr saubere Unterkunft, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle auf dem Zimmer, nur wenige Meter entfernt Trambahnstation , Am Wasserturm Richtung Innenstadt"

"Leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Nahverkehr im Preis inbegriffen)"

"Sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Parkplätze."

"Alles in allem eine gute Wahl. Ruhige Lage. Sehr nettes Personal!
