Al Mirador Resort

"What a delight this place is lovely and quaint. I really liked that it only had 8 rooms and most of the time it felt like ourselves and our friends were the only ones there. The view was beautiful, breakfast was amazing! Michele was just wonderful. He looked after us all day even into the evenings. He would make us fresh tomato salad if we were eating in and always had fresh offerings of ricotta or capsicum or eggplant in the morning, which being Italian we really appreciated. We were also able to hang around after check out and we played cards for several hours before leaving and the staff were all still looking after us. A wonderful base to explore the Puglia region. you will require a vehicle. Room was a little small, but you can make do."

"We were independent travellers not part of a group but this hotel mainly seemed to cater for large groups. It's a great location for exploring the area but a car is needed. The rooms are ok, clean, good bathroom, bed a bit hard but generally ok for a few days. (Sadly our room overlooked the pavilion where parties took place several times and this made it very noisy until late. There was no warning from staff or any kind of apology.) Breakfast was adequate but often cleared away by 9am despite the fact it was supposed to be available until 9.30am. Similarly, the bar was good but again the staff cleared up and went home by 10.45pm without any warning even though many people were still sitting and drinking and the information in the room said it was open until 11pm. Generally we didn't always feel like we were valued guests. The local area has several local restaurants within walking distance. We didn't find out the hotel has a sister with a beach access until the day before we left. It wasn't advertised or mentioned anywhere."

"Do not look any further. This place is spectacular; it matches the pictures perfectly (so rare these days). We didn't have a good experience at the hotels in some of the towns, so I would highly recommend staying at a masseria, and Borgo Ritella is an amazing option. Their attention to details is unmatched, the rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, and their dinner experience is highly recommended, not to mention their very kind staff. The facilities include a great pool area, and gym. It is 15 to 30 minutes from towns like Locorotondo, Monopoli, Ostuni, and Polignano a Mare."

"We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We arrived at the airport much earlier in the day then check in time. I contacted Palladio De Luca staff to ask if we could drop off our luggage early and then come back to check in at 3pm and received a reply shortly after. They also asked if I had a rental car, which I said no I didn’t plan on renting a car. I was then informed that getting a taxi is not an option at Fasano train station and they can send me a cab to be picked up. I was provided with an estimated cost. I shared my anticipated arrival time and shortly after we arrived at the train station, taxi was there to pick us up. The whole process from booking till checkout was very well coordinated. Very happy with our stay!!"
