"We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the breakfast area was clean and tidy. The hot breakfast items were yummy, and there were lots of other options. Our room was lovely, with a good temperature, and the bed comfortable. The carpets had all just been freshly deep cleaned."

"The facility was clean and the environment was pleasant. My room was nice. Service was excellent. The a.m. breakfast was great. Staff were particularly friendly and courteous. The rates were a bit high, but well worth it."

"This is an old hotel that has been renovated and is beautiful for people that like old buildings. I would stay there again on my next trip"

"It's probably a little better than what you're paying for the only thing for me is location and swimming pool I kinda wish they would of ask if the noise of the swimming pool was going to be an issue and two ppl sleeping in the parking lot don't have a issue with it but they weren't sleeping or attempting to sleep so it brings safety concerns there is one more thing better locks joints rooms wouldn't take much to kick in them doors but isn't a major concern but like I said for the area it's not...

"We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the pool. We liked being a short 5 minute drive to downtown. The free parking on site was also nice as every other place downtown charges for it."

"Hotel was full and no maintenance on staff or available- we were just told “sorry” about a toilet that didn’t work. Stopped serving /restocking breakfast 45 min before people were told at check in it would end."

"The oatmeal was old and dry. It should have been thrown out and made fresh. The parking spaces were great. They were wide and spacious enough to open your door without hitting the car next to you."

"Was told upon arrival that they no longer had a room for us hut that they had made sure to book us a room at another hotel. We were then sent to another hotel and was not provided the accommodations we booked so there was not a bed for my son. Will never book with them again."

"The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we...

"We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks....
