"Wonderful old Victorian home, reflective of late 1800s Philadelphia. Well maintained although obviously an old home. Very comfortable, clean, relaxing and peaceful. Gracious hosts who also provide a really tasty breakfast and access to tea, coffee, microwave, fridge etc. Everything you need for a getaway weekend in Philadelphia. Great experience!"

"The hotel was in. Great location. The room is a good size, bed very comfortable and I love the well designed bathroom. The only complaint I have was I asked multiple times that they would honor the $29/day credits from my reservation plus their own for skipping housekeeping for room cleaning. When I requesting payment receipt upon checkout, the front desk indicated I would receive it via email. When I finally got the receipts, none of the credits from Expedia nor for skipping their...

"Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...
