"Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was next to the hotel and well lit. The downtown area is quiet at night and the weekend. But, there are fun restaurants and tourist spots nearby. "

"Clean room, although we had to wait about 15 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning. Only a few steps from the exit and parking. Generously sized room but the beds were a bit on the firm side. Breakfast was good, but could have more protein options."

"We came to visit for a memorial service. We found that this property was clean, suite was spacious and we were surprised to have the flexibility to choose the floor we wanted to stay on- a bonus as I am pregnant and large. We spent some time at a family members separate hotel (a lot more pricey) and preferred our stay at our location at the Comfort Inn! Our rooms were bigger and cleaner and the whole place smelled nicer than the ritzy competitor. We didn’t have a chance to check out the pool but I’m sure it was also nice. Breakfast was good and even though they were short staffed the day of checkout they made sure everyone had what they wanted and needed and were very pleasant to work with. Would return."

"The facilities were unsatisfactory. The staff spoke poor English, no one ever smiled. I was charged for taxes and fees because they claimed Hotels.com did not pay them. The website stated that taxes and fees were included, However, the most egregious thing was no TV. When reported there was no signal, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue though they said it would be handled"

"Breakfast was not up to my standard poor selection, no eggs coffee machine in my room don't work and when it was replaced, it was infested with roaches, I will not stay at the facility again, poor the bathroom ceiling seems to need repairing, Wayne "
