"I booked the properties for two different rooms with almost the same rate I am surprised that one of the bill that Experia charged was way higher than what was quoted when I got the transaction done on my I Visa Card. I will try to contest it so there is nothing wrong with the property but it has to do with Expedia "

"It took me more than 30-40 minutes before i can be in touch with the person in charge and know the unit. It turns out its an apartment, so its an airbnb. The bathroom is dirty, no soap shampoo nor hot water. The pillow case looks dirty. The apt is not well kept. Had to ask the PIC re wifi pw. I booked with a buffett breakfast but when i called PIC says breakfast not included. They show something else in the pic but in reality it’s completely different…..it’s absolutely nasty & even the back door was broken when complaining nothing was done had to leave without staying & haven’t received any money back as well. "when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...

"Do not stay in this property! The owner refused to acknowledge our guest house booking upon arrival. After arguing and showing them the Orbitz receipt, the owner tried to put us in a 3 person sleep room while we booked it for 5 people. At last, they put us in 5 person suite as booked on Orbitz. They did not provide any towels. In the morning they refused to provide free breakfast as booked on Orbitz. "
