"This is my second time revisiting EVEN Hotel this year, and the experience remains consistently pleasant. As usual, one of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service from Guest Service Manager Anne Wang (王灵芝). She is agile, flexible, and very attentive in understanding guests’ needs. Her service really makes the stay feel smooth and personalized. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay. Looking forward to coming back again."

"Great hotel with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, with plenty of room to move around and store our luggage. I especially liked the large sofa and movable desk/table, which made the room very practical and comfortable. The free laundry facilities were also a huge plus. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel!"

"Great hotel, lovely pool, gym and sauna. Staff very helpful with a large shopping complex attached with lots of restaurants if you wanted a change from the hotel restaurant. Food in the hotel was very good with options to suit everyone’s palette."

"Had an excellent stay, very professional staff!"

"Great comfy bed and staff helpful"

"Ignore the fancy pictures. It literally is just a small building converted into a hotel. No frills, no windows - just a room with a bathroom if you go with the cheapest rooms. If you're looking for western hotel standards, you should pass. But if you're like me and you're ok with the no frills, then you should be ok here."

"Great location , amazing service"
