"Another exceptional stay at JA Resort, and once again Palm Tree Court exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly first class. We were very kindly offered an upgraded room at check-in, which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
A special mention must go to Fernando, the Recreation Manager, and Kasun, both of whom were outstanding throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and added a real personal touch...
