"Everything was nice but if I have to point one thing is duvet was little bit thin. It was acceptable but it would be more great if they could change more good one! However other things are great! Great location for walking neighborhood of the hotel! I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the morning! Overall it was awesome!"

The bathroom door is basically a large shower door and it came off the tracks making it so we couldn't close it. bad for TV. shou to l"

"The rooms were in good condition. The staff was inconsistent. We arrived with a decent sized group of kids and it felt like some of the staff did not want us there. They were ready for a problem and it showed."

"Housekeeping was horrible. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. On day 3 housekeeping entered without knocking. My daughter was still in the shower I asked to come back in 15 minutes. They never came the next day I had to ask to get at least the towels changed. No toilet paper, no shampoo/body soap empty. The bathroom is a wet room. The whole room stands under water after using the shower. So you will get wet feet when using the restroom "
