Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

"Checking was seamless. Our room was available early. I will not that this hotel is not accessible for those with disabilities. There are steps to the front door, steps to the elevator and the elevator stops between floors so you would need to walk up or down a flight of stairs to access your room. Lovely breakfast. Staff very accommodating."

The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities. "All staffs are friendly and the location was perfect for our sightseeing style. We didn’t take breakfasts from the hotel, but there are many cafes nearby. If you want a big breakfast, it’s probably worth to eat at the hotel. Breads, sandwiches and coffees are expensive around the hotel."
