Only down side at present is construction of the beach front which limits facilities in the immediate area and everything else that comes with the work. "This property has good security and is very close to the beach, as advertised. My only qualms were that I couldn’t lock my balcony door, which was in the ground level. Also, my first night, my internet went out and there was no hot water left to shower. Overall, it’s a good value! I think both the issues were temporary & the balcony is an easy fix. "

"Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "

" Heritage palace varos - Stayed 2 nights. Beutiful hotel set in the old town close to harbour and centre. We stayed in the annex which has its own door onto the street, these rooms are stunning. Room had well equipped and good size bathroom with shower. Fridge and Tea and coffee making facilities, you will need your own coffee and milk as there was only fruit tea on offer. Plenty of supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. With the location being so central you have many restaurants available to choose from. Uber from Split airport took around 40 minutes and cost xxxx We did not have breakfast added to yhe room which is around €20 each. Staff are extremely helpful, would definitely visit again. "
