"We have stayed here many times over the years. Lovely place and they are handling bad storm weather and renovations of one pool well. We booked a pool view but there was no pool in sight from our room, no big deal since we not in the room much.

"Don’t get a “deluxe” room. There’s only 2 large windows that look directly into hallways. So unless you want everyone who passes through the hall peering into your room the curtains must be drawn all the time, making the room dark all the time. Also there’s no fitness room despite the hotel amenities listing one.
Also, if it rains at any point during the day the staff disappears for the day.

"The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. The views are absolutely beautiful, and while the resort is quite large, the staff is always ready to take you around, which makes getting around very convenient.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!"
"Our stay was absolutely amazing and I wish I could give it a 4.8. Staff was nothing short of amazing and attentive. The restaurant food was 10/10 and getting in contact with someone for whatever you need was easy! There are only 2/3 reasons I’m not giving it a 5 star (like I said if I could do 4.8 I would).
