"This was truly a delightful experience! We were in town for one night for an important appointment the next day, we were tired, stressed and just needed to relax. The room was beautiful with a Zen spa atmosphere (and a jacuzzi hot tub in the room that filled up from a waterfall faucet flowing from the ceiling that you had to see to believe!) but it was the outstanding staff that made this stay amazing. From the man that I spoke with when I booked the room to the man at the front desk and the young man that was the valet that parked our car we experienced exemplary service above and beyond! "Initially we had a couple of issues but the front desk reached out to inquire how our stay was going. I told them about our issues and they were resolved within a couple of hours.
I have never had a hotel staff reach out and they turned my rating from a 2 to a 5"

"The hotel was very nice and in a quiet location which my wife needed due to her health issues but the biggest thing that helped us was the staff. They were genuinely friendly and thoughtful and accommodating. Our stay turned out to be excellent and refreshing. Thank you sooooo much!!!"
