"Very disappointing experience. The staff appeared to give me a receipt for my $100 deposit, but when I got home I realized they had kept it. When I called to resolve the issue, the staff was rude and repeatedly hung up on me instead of helping. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure to double-check all receipts and transactions before leaving."

"If it wasn’t for Ben being an absolute angel at the front desk at 2am when I got there, I would have left. This place needs a COMPLETE remodel. The lobby area… was okay, mostly looks the like picture. The rooms however, not at all. Not clean, there was left over hair all over the shower, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in atleast a couple months. I went and got my own cleaning supplies for the long weekend I had. The carpets in the hallways had a terrible smell attached to them, they completely need replaced. In certain areas there was duct tape holding the carpets together. I would have gone somewhere else if there was availability."
