"We loved the attention to detail. Everything need was considered and addressed. We give it 10 stars. The staff was amazing especially Zebulen, the rooms were luxurious, the food top notch and the views... so peaceful and overlooking the water hole with the sunset. We are planning a teip back to see it after rainy season!"

"This is my second time at the Lodge. Both times I had a very good experience. It is a great place to stay when you want to visit The Victoria Falls. They will arrange special activities for you. Very well managed property. By the way, great breakfast too !!!!"

"Other than a couple of bugs in our room (somewhat expected), we had a great overnight stay at Shoestrings. Staff was nice, location was great (walkable to the falls!), and the restaurant/bar were great additions. "

"Wonderful visit. Paid shuttle from airport was easy with driver waiting for us. Owner and his family are incredibly nice. Mr Jiyane’s communication is fantastic: clear, helpful and very responsive. Wonderful breakfasts made by his wife. Pretty close to town/falls!b large clean rooms. Highly recommend- thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"The property has a British colonial feeling. I truly enjoyed the garden and the plants. The service was very good as the staff was attentive and courteous. The tall bell person standing in front of the hotel was so cheerful in greeting the guests and helpful in unloading the luggage immediately. The overall experience made my stay very pleasant and memorable. "
