Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance.
I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

"had was not what we had expected. We had a basement room with no view (not fitting for the hotel name). When we asked to check out early due to the room and poor weather, it was a no from the hotel. We left a day early but still paid for the room!
So, word of advice: check what room you get. I’m sure some are very nice, at least the pictures look like it - ours was not, if you expect to see daylight :-/

Things to note, it is as described and shown in images however reality the glass walls of the toilet and shower arent great when travelling as a family. Also there are payable laundry facilities but only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole apartment block making it difficult to get a space as demand was quite high. "We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. The location was fantastic — within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores, while also being a great base for exploring the surrounding area and taking day trips.
We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a wonderful bonus after a day of sightseeing. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!"
