Breakfast was excellent, there are many fresh varieties of food. Laundy is a plus, staffs are frieldly and helpful. It will be an excellent hotel to stay except without safe box.

Excellent hotel in Zhangjiajie across the street from the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. The room I stayed on the second floor was completely remodelled. It was perfect! Very comfortable bed, linens and shower, and quite spacious. Breakfast wasn't bad but there could be more choices for the western taste. This is my second stay a the Hampton by Hilton and I will return.

Clean and modern hotel which is situated in the middle of the city. You can get local or western food (KFC) nearby and you can walk to the cable car station going to the mountain

The hotel is very clean, there’s a lot of room space and room is also very clean (including bathroom). The hotel is suited right opposite of the cableway so it’s easy to get to. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices including local food and continental breakfast to select from. What I liked the most is the friendly staff, they personalized the stay and welcomed us with night time red bean soup and also warm ginger tea even when we already checked out (it was rainy). There’s tea and biscuits in lobby to enjoy. I regret booking only 1 night! 房间打理的干净，酒店也很新，地理位置也非常棒！服务真的是超五星，从前台到送东西到房间的服务员都非常好，洗衣房阿姨还会帮忙折叠衣物。

The staff made a mistake with our booking when we arrived. But quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are very clean, very spacious and updated! sound insulation is done well, couldn’t hear anything outside. Breakfast buffet was available every morning with plenty of options, but wasn’t satisfying to my taste buds. Laundry machines enough, no waiting needed. Zhangjiajie is small. This hotel wasn’t in the popular area, so there wasn’t much, food was local food, alley ways, etc. the best part was the cable car to tianmen mountain is literally across the street!

Not the best Hilton

The reception staff Alice is very helpful and accommodating,very patiently waited while I was having some technical issues issues with the Wise card.Alice was full of empathy and suggest we check in n rest and settle the payment when the system is resolved.upoñ checking out after Alice knowing that we have an early check out ,prepare 2 sets of takeaway breakfast in a bag which is very thoughtful.Apart from her good services,the room was not very impressive and is very run down with sheer curtains full of smell, could have been accumulate from months n smoking though not allowed.Bathroom tape was leaking.breakfast was reasonable but not fantastic as that of a Hilton.the most convenient is the cable car entrance to the Tianmem Gate is just opposite which saves lots of time and the eateries around
