"Parking was phenomenal…
She upgraded me and my bathtub was solation! I have a bad back so it was perfect for me to get relief. All the restaurants were within walking distance… Thank you for a wonderful day."
"Not enough electric sockets, shower too small with no grab bars, no phone in the room. Noticed the the hotel wouldn’t allow a woman to enter with a small dog, which I found unusual. I don’t think I would want to return."
"⭐☆☆☆☆
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Hotel Sieghard.
Upon arrival, there was no place to stop and unload our luggage. The parking spaces are so close together that you can barely open your driver or passenger door to get out of the car. Parking is very poorly designed and incredibly frustrating.
We were told the hotel had a restaurant. When we went down to eat, we were informed we needed a reservation and that they were “full” — despite several open tables clearly visible. The staff was not accommodating and spoke to us in a rude manner, making the situation even more disappointing.
The biggest letdown was the room. We paid $360 expecting something close to what was shown in the photos online. Unfortunately, the room was outdated and felt like it hadn’t been renovated since the 1980s. The brown carpet was heavily stained and clearly needs to be replaced. The furnishings were old, and the overall condition did not reflect the website images at all.
We were hoping to splurge a little for a nice, more luxurious stay, but there was no view from the balcony or windows, and the room did not feel special in any way.
This hotel is overpriced for what you receive. Parking is terrible, the rooms are outdated, and the service was not welcoming. I would not recommend staying here."
"The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression.
The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices.
On the positive side, the sauna area was very good and well-maintained. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Additionally, the staff were polite."
