"Zu wenig Personal. Ich musste ewig warten, um einzuchecken. Sonstige Personal waren nett und freundlich. Schwimmbad sehr klein. Es gibt viele günstigere Alternativen, die viel besser sind."

De er super hjælpsomme med alt. Hvis man gerne vil have det perfekte ophold i Kaprun uden børn. Så er det hotellet man skal bo på. Morgenmaden var et overflødighedshorn af forskellig mad. Det var simpelthen så lækkert."

"Excellent hotel, located right in Zell am See and a 5 minute walk up to the gondola at the ski field. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable and had a decent balcony. Both dinner and breakfast were really decent, and I definitely would stay here on my next trip. "
