Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. "We loved our stay at Pinzgauer Hof. Our family stayed at the Landal down the road and though more modern they were complaining about the noise from the traffic coming through while everything was so peaceful and quiet for us. The Hof is conveniently placed at the foot of the mountain next to the gondola. "The hotel was in a good location. The service staff, particularly the receptionist and restaurant staff were not friwndly or accommodating. We had purchased breakfast with our room reservation. When we checked we were told breakfast was available till 11 am. We came to the restaurant at 10.35 am were curtly told that breakfast was done, though we could have coffee. The staff the. Proceeded to charge us for even the coffee. The staff were available and there were very few guests around- we felt we could have been accommodated. The prior evening too we found the same staff to be not welcoming at dinner time. Did not leave us with good feeling and will likely choose a different hotel the next time we visit."

"Clean room, good shower. Parking is available if you ask at hotel Romantic. Lovely roof terrace. I didn’t like the self check in by computer as we couldn’t get the English to work. To be fair a reception came through from Romantic to help. I would stay there if we came back rather than the Fish. The hallway smells strongly of fish from the restaurant. You need to get control for the air con from the romantic reception. There was something not right with ours as it made a really awful booming noise every few minutes we had to switch it off and we didn’t sleep well because of this."

"This was a tough one. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is situated out on the point and you get a clear view of the mountains. The rooms are somewhat dated as it is an older hotel. I would give it a 4.5 and although I like modern hotels, I would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was really helpful, no complaints about that but I had a terrible night. It was really hot at night and the room temperature controller wasn't working, I had to open the window and then there was noice of cars on the main road. Whole night I was switching between opening and closing window due to noice and hot weather, not sure when I slept but it really impacted me."
