"Besonders gefallen hat mir der saubere Zustand meines großen comfort-Zimmers, die Existenz einer großen Badewanne sowie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Außerdem ist der Fitnessraum ausgezeichnet ausgestattet fürs Krafttraining. Einzige Kritik an diesem Kraftraum: die zahlreichen und hochwertigen kabeltürme sind nutzlos ohne die entsprechenden Einhand-Griffe. Die Hotel Bar war tadellos."

"The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. "Very central location. The hotel has its own parking garage close by. It was unclear though that you had to prereserve a spot. On our first night we had to park in a public parking garage. Good breakfast and nice large rooms. There was a slight cigarette smell in our room though. Unclear whether that was due to the neighbours or previous hotel guests. "

"Excellent weekender. I stopped in on my drive up to Denmark. I had the attic room, wonderful appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and great view of the garden. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were very friendly as were the locals. It’s a convenient location too, lots of great sites just a short drive away. I would stay again. "

"Fun travel themed hotel with everything you need. Was quiet when we stayed (winter) but they warn it can get noisy with the bars around the hotel in season. Windows have hard shutters with acoustic foam on to counter this, plus ensure a good blackout! Would go back - better than other hotels I’ve stayed at in Groningen. "

"The hotel is in good location at walking distance of city center and train station. It has good facilities ( maybe a safety box would be great and electricity connections at bedside table). Otherwise, the bed, pillows and furniture make the room very comfortable. And you have coffee and tea for free at the lobby. It was a very nice stay "

"Everything was great. It's nice and quiet with only the lovely church bells. The food was great, coffee cups a bit small. But the daily bread was fantastic and the bacon premium smoked."
