"It was a well located hotel. They had Nice rooms with a nice small pool in the roof. We were disappointed with the limited menu of the hotel for being a five star location. They had one menu for lunch and dinner. It was located in the center of the city, in the plaza mayor. The temperature of the city was brutal. It had interesting historical sites, that we loved."

"“Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast and truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were exceptionally friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Great location, outstanding service, and wonderful attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”"

"The room was large with a well equipped kitchen. To our surprise, there was a wide range of TV channels, including all the main UK ones. There was also a good-sized balcony. The apartment is in a quiet location, but all the main sites are in walking distance. The check-in process was a bit complicated, but the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We had a problem at the entry barrier to the car park - in the strong sunshine it was impossible to see the numbers on the screen where you had to put in the code. The apartments are seemingly new and this is something the management should address. One other criticism - there was nowhere to take the waste and no recycling available in the building."
