"When it was time to check in for the reservation, the host was very difficult to reach and communication was frustrating. She eventually sent me a link to pay the remaining balance, which I paid. The final amount was slightly higher, which I understood and had no issue with.
After making the payment, she then demanded that I send her a receipt, which I found confusing and unnecessary since the payment had already been made through the link she provided.

"No cuentan con recepción, el cargo no se hace en expedía , se hace con ellos a otra cuenta después de que te informan q no se liquidó ( siendo que tú pones la tarjeta en expedía). "I paid for a room I never got. I was told Thursday and then Friday and the host never reached out to give the actual room. I was given a partial refund, but I was unsatisfied with the blatant disrespect.
