The building is extremely rundown. The building seemed unsafe as I came in at night time and the hotel and back parking lot were not lit up at all. In fact pulling in I thought I must have the wrong address. The rooms are in really bad shape, very rundown and I felt unsafe with the large window that completely opened wide on the first floor. It was not shut or locked when I came in and it didn't make me feel good about safety being a single female traveling alone. However, the staff was polite and nice.

Property looked old from the outside. Inside was fine. Room smelled good and air was cool for a hot day. Front desk staff was friendly and recommended a place to eat we all enjoyed. (The Forum) Check in was very easy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower room was tiny and needed an update. Paint was peeling and tissue holder was coming out of the wall. Minor issues for a pleasant stay.

We were going to The Wilds and it was very convenient as it was 15 minutes away. The room was nice but a little dirty in the bathroom, the fan did not work and the room temperature could not be regulated as the air conditioning had a mind of it's own. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Quick Ohio stay

Just a quick stay to grab a late night nap while traveling, then a shower in the morning. Complimentary breakfast hit the spot as well. For the price, this hotel was perfect for my needs.
