Fantastic location, shame about the entertainment

Good hotel in a fantastic location, Rooms were spacious and staff were helpful. The drinks in the all inclusive are not great and let it down, plastic cups used everywhere and not real cocktails. The food was pretty good though. The worst part was the entertainment!

Overall we had a lovely stay! Hotel manager ensured good communication by email upon check-in and throughout. We got upgraded to sea view, the small touches made a comfortable stay. Staff were lovely, well spoken, polite, look happy. There is a lovely woman who sings throughout the day and evenings, such wonderful voice. The wedding planner (Anna) guided us some lovely day trips and we’re ever so grateful for her knowledge. Things to consider: For those with no car, it’s a very long walk to closest town (village), I would recommend hiring a car for the area, but also to explore lovely beaches, sunset and vineyards. Food was lovely, including buffet options, but not sure why there were so many flies in the restaurant, more fans are needed. Apart from that, we would def reconsider going back again!

Wow, I am so thankful we stayed here. We were looking at another hotel and AirBnBs on the island. This place ended up being amazing for our family with kids. And the staff was amazing at every turn.

We had a lovely family holiday at Atlantica Eleon. The staff are wonderful, can't do enough to assist - everyone from reception, the dining area, the management team, entertainment team. The food options were plentiful and high quality - some really delicious options. I'd highly recommend staying here if travelling to Zakynthos.

We had a great stay here in mid May, the food was excellent and staff very attentive. The only downsides were, 1- that the rooms bathroom was a little dated with some unusual design choices - basically the shower was at the sloping end of the bath, with a short shower screen which meant the bathroom floor would soon be flooded, which had been happening for a while as was evident by the swelling of the bathroom door. 2 - The “Superior” garden room we had did’nt really feel superior and the 2nd bed for our teenage daughter was a single sofa bed with a wafer thin mattress. We did speak to the staff about this and additional bedding was provided but it was’nt particularly comfortable. 3 - The alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive package whilst plentiful seemed very weak and inconsistent bar to bar 4 - The beach, whilst very picturesque is a thin strip of sand, very small and rocky. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay, but in our experience, attention to detail is what makes a 5 star hotel and unfortunately it fell a little short of our expectations, but definitely a good 4 star experience.
