The room was spacious and clean but the kitchen splashback is broken in two places and should be replaced, there is a major water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom so there is a strong smell and it is damp, but the major drawback is the noise. The room is directly above a tramline which has trams pretty constantly 5am to 1 am plus the noise from restaurants and bars goes on until 3am and can be clearly heard from the room even with good earplugs it is impossible to sleep.

I have some issues about this accommodation:
1- Dirty old furniture (photo)
2- Side lamp present but useless as there was no point to connect to (photo)
3- Fridge not connected to mains (photo).
4- Blocked sink (photo)
In summary. it was on of the worst accommodation I have ever had.
