Brilliant hotel, looked just like the photos and the bed was unbelievably comfortable! check in was simple and we were provided with a map or the area, dinner recommendations and lots of helpful information Staff were very welcoming and the beach was 15 minutes drive away! perfect

First the stuff: Maida and Demetrios - are wonderful people: very polite and Kind. They did the best for serve us and help us whit every think we asked for. The hotel is very clean!!! All the amenities are perfect!!!

Amazing!

Wow! The place is a jewel hidden in Pelion mountines. We stayed with our 2 children for 3 nights and enjoyed our vacation very much. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of food and sweet treats. The jewel in the crown is the staff, always smile and happy to assist with every request. I cannot wait for the next time

Unexpected gem

I travel extensively for work and have stayed at many hotels all over the world, but this hotel is easily in the top 3 hotels I ever visited. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, look no further. It's a bit tricky to get to the parking lot, but the signs are well posted and clearly visible.

Erholung pur!

Das Hotel mussten wir bei Dunkelheit anfahren. Der Weg von der Strasse zum Hotel selbst ist steil und eng. Beim ersten Mal daher eine kleine Herausforderung. Der Pilion, sicher eine der landschaftlich schönsten Gegenden Griechenlands, ist halt geprägt von Serpentinen und großen Höhenunterschieden. Genau das macht ja auch den Reiz der Gegend aus. Selbst im Hochsommer, bei täglich deutlich über 30 Grad, konnte es abends in den höher gelegenen Orten angenehm kühl werden. Das originäre Griechenland bietet einen abwechslungsreichen und zum Teil raffinierten Speiseplan, den der hiesige Grieche um die Ecke mit Krautsalat, Gyros und Souflaki nur noch karikiert. Wir, älteres, vielgereistes Ehepaar und früher mit bis zu fünf Kindern unterwegs, haben unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können sicher Vergleiche ziehen und stellen fest, dass dieser Urlaub zu einem unserer schönsten und erholsamsten gehörte. Zum Wandern oder gar zum Sport treiben wäre es uns im Hochsommer entschieden zu heiß, aber in den Übergangsjahreszeiten muss dies in der Gegend traumhaft sein. Will man im Meer baden, gibt es, wenige Kilometer vom Theta entfernt, schöne Kiesstrände. Will man shoppen, muss man allerdings nach Volos fahren. Da kann schnell eine Stunde Fahrtzeit vonnöten sein. Die ganze Gegend ist zwar touristisch erschlossen, aber fern vom Massentourismus. Viele Griechen, Franzosen, Israelis, einige Holländer, Italiener sogar, allesamt überwiegend angenehm. Deutsch alleine reicht nicht!
