"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. "The property is absolutely stunning with memory making views of the ocean. The pool area is stunning with lots of lounge chairs . The only downside to the hotel and Croatia in general is that everything is ridiculously expensive. As Canadians expect to pay double for everything if not more. For example, we came across Restaurants, which is only $60 Canadian. Adds up when travelling as a family of 5"
