"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. "This apartment was so much better than I was expecting. It was very spacious, extremely comfortable and absolutely beautifully styled. I could live here! The host/owner was very friendly, responsive and helpful. And whilst the apartment was a short drive or a 15-20 minute walk into the old town, it was in a convenient and quiet location. I would definitely stay here if visiting Zadar again."
