"Toilets didn’t flush for a few hours. Phones weren’t working in the room. Asked front desk to order taxi for certain times. Once they totally forgot so got late for our boat ride. Other times taxis showed up late. Asked staff for 4 towels for the pool, staff said only one available when there were lots of towels stored on display."

"The location of the hotel away from the hustle and bustle of St Julians is exactly what I needed. The Seaview from my balcony was stunning! The staff were very warm and welcoming and when I had an issue with my bathroom lighting it was resolved very quickly! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to families and friends."

The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Honestly, I have no complaints. Everything about this resort was great, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip.
