Wenn man im September eine stimulusarme Umgebung sucht, ist dieses Hotel das Richtige. Mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr ist die Umgebung etwas mühsam: Das Hotel bietet nur am Mittag Essen an (im September), und die nächste Kleinsteinkaufsmöglichkeit ist 3km weg (Bus alle Stunde), oder grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Bus/Zug 1/2 Stunde. Hotel: Selbständiges Einchecken mittels Schlüssel an der Reception. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber herzlich. Personal sehr nett, auch für kleine Extrawünsche, ihnen ein grosses Danke. Was ich weniger geschätzt habe: ich kam vom Spaziergang zurück und meine Zimmertür stand offen, die Putzfrau sagte, sie sei auf dem Stockwerk. Aber jedermann hätte ohne Aufwand alle meine Sachen stehlen können.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Personne à l'accueil mais des enveloppes au nom des clients avec clé étaient à disposition. Grande, lumineuse chambre avec balcon avec superbe vue sur le lac de Joux, salle de douche petite, parking devant l'entrée. Menu au restaurant est restreint, peu de choix mais bien cuisiné. Bon rapport qualité prix pour la chambre. On y reviendra.

Schön gelegenes Hotel direkt am See

Das Hotel ist sicher schon ein bisschen älter, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Im Zimmer waren zwei Spinnen, dies kann aber im Hochsommer vorkommen. Der Service und das Frühstücksbuffet waren super. Das Abendessen, welches nicht im Preis mit dabei war, war sehr gut, schön angerichtet und leckere, üppige Portionen. Auf dem Hotelparkplatz war eine E-Ladestation für Autos.

Gemütliches ***Hotel. Wunderschön direkt am See gelegen. Freundliches Personal, sauberes gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon und zauberhafter Aussicht. Einzig das WC/Bad ist winzig.

-Kein Empfang, Reception war nicht bedient, obwohl es Check-in-Zeit war, Zimmerschlüssel lag auf dem Tresen. -Überteuert: Kleines Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbelegung CHF 167, das Frühstück wurde mit CHF 14 noch separat draufgeschlagen (!). -Restaurant war geschlossen, obschon an der Hoteltür und auf einem Plakat auf dem Parkplatz das Gegenteil stand. Gäste mussten sich zum Znacht Pizza ins Hotel liefern lassen. -Frühstück war okay, aber Kaffeemaschine funktionierte lange nicht. -Offenbar viel zu wenig Personal. Ein junger Mann hatte die undankbare Aufgabe, den Laden zu schmeissen, so gut es ging.

Die Unterkunft war Preiswert und zweckmässig. Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig, die Duschkabine war defekt, die Fugen waren schwarz schimmlig und überall im Zimmer hingen Spinnweben runter. Personal kann ich nicht so viel sagen, habe nur 1 Person bei der Abreise gesehen. Diese Person wirkte sehr laienhaft. Streckte uns als Schlussabrechnung einen kleinen zerknitterten Zettel hin, mit vielen Zahlen drauf (sehr unübersichtlich) und wollte Geld. Akzeptierten diesen Zettel nicht und verlangten eine richtige Rechnung. Unser Aufenthalt war zum Glück nur 2 Nächte.

Unser Zimmer war lediglich zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nicht wirklich gemütlich. Es gab keine Leselampen am Bett. Wenn wir abends noch lesen wollten, mussten wir die Deckenlampe mit dem Charme von Krankenhausbeleuchtung brennen lassen. Atmosphärisch war das nicht. Im Schrank hingen zwei Kleiderbügel. Das ist nicht viel für zwei Personen ... Die Rezeption war nie besetzt. Zum Check-in fanden wir unseren Schlüssel in einem Umschlag auf dem Thresen vor. Den Check-out wickelte die Frühstückskellnerin ab. Sie war sehr freundlich und sehr fleißig.

Auf unserer Velotour durch den Jura, war L'Abbaye eine gute Lage um eine Nacht zu übernachten. Das Zimmer war sauber aber in einem alten Zustand, weshalb wir den Preis/Leistung nicht unbedingt als gerechtfertigt fanden. Das Frühstück war ok.

Chambre vraiment petite, TV mais... pas de télécommande ! Impossible à faire fonctionner...et plus personne pour demander qch après 22h. Il faut choisir entre la lampe de chevet et le radio réveil : une seule prise de courant... Très mal isolé phoniquement....

Very disappointed! Be careful when you book. The description on the website is not accurate. There is no mini bar or tea/coffee making facilities. If you require a drink you need to go to the bar. The hotel although there are certain improvements is very outdated. I suppose it sells well because of its location.

Die Zimmer viel zu klein. Man könnte sich kaum bewegen. Balkon schmutzig. Aber tolle Aussicht. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen. Ohne Bemerkungen bei der Anmeldung. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Service sehr nett.

als Radgruppe fanden wir das Hotel besser als erwartet laut der relativ schlechten Bewertungen hier und auf anderen Plattformen. Betten / Matratzen waren recht neu, Bad war neu, Zimmer war sauber, Essen haben wir nur Frühstück in Anspruch genommen in einem sehr kargen Frühstücksraum, dafür mit Blick auf den See. Frühstück war ordentlich, wenn auch nicht ganz günstig, aber für Schweizer Verhältnisse wohl normal. Zimmer zur Straße hin sind laut, da viel Verkehr. Aber mit Ohrstöpsel machbar. In Summe für einen Aktivurlaub, wo man nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer ist, völlig ausreichend.
