"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 7N in September before and after a tour. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is easy walking distance to the main pedestrian boulevard (about 2 blocks) which is lined with shops and restaurants. At the other end of the hotel’s street, trams are available. Next to the hotel is a Bulgarian restaurant which is good and beautifully decorated inside. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The room had a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Our only room concern was the air conditioning could’ve been cooler but we simply opened a window to cool the room more."

"This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist with a number of enquiries we had. Quiet location, easy walk or tram into main centre. Rooms were huge and amazing. Highly recommend. "
