Hotel murah di Yutan

"Excellent experience overall. Arrived late at night and the gentleman that greeted us was fantastic. Room was very clean and stocked with amenities. Breakfast bar was fresh with a variety of eats. First time at Home2Suites and will not be the last at Omaha West."

"We had reservations with this hotel for 2 months and when we arrived were told that due to a staff cleaning mishap they did not have a room for us. We travelled from Virginia to Nebraska feeling confident that when we arrived around 10pm our room would ready waiting for us. It seems having a reservation does not mean what it used to. We called earlier in the evening to ask if there was a time we needed to check in and were told no certain time but the rooms were filling fast. We told the clerk...

"The hotel was under construction for renovations, which was not conveyed to us at any point until we arrived to check in. The building was dusty and made breathing difficult. There were also several construction workers smoking right at the main entrance at any given time. The gym was closed for renovations. The hotel itself was torn apart, unpainted, and the incessant noise from construction went until about 9 pm every day. The stay was completely unacceptable."

"Overall it was a nice hotel but we got in super late & housekeeping was knocking at our door at 8:30am."

"The staff was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good food, but took some time to receive food once ordered."

"Getting pretty rundown. Dirty hall carpets. Bed was very uncomfortable. Swimming pool was not working."

"Staff"

"I stayed overnight. I highly recommend as an investment in the property that the carpeting in the entire hotel be changed. It was obviously worn, dirty and has seen better days. I dare not walk barefooted on the carpet in my room. It was vacuumed, that was not the issue, but it appeared very heavily soiled. The staff were cordial, check-in was smooth and the continental breakfast was passable. It met my needs for coffee and toast in the morning."

"Best hotel on this trip"

"Asked for 2 beds on 1st floor in reservation. Got 1 king bed & small sofa for 3 guests. Found changed accommodations when we went into the room. Would appreciate being told of change before arrival or at time of check in. Found Only 2 towels. No extra pillows. Was told housekeeper has been ill. Arrived late. Had to ring for assistance. We were tired travelers. Check in lady was nice & attentive but had small child with her. Breakfast was ok. Parking ok. Will not return to that hotel again."

"Needs a little more attention to the cleaning and the breakfast area too. Milk dispenser was broken and visible mold could be seen on the spouts. Shower head needed mineral excess cleaned and no body soap in dispenser."

"Older property, needs some updates. Some areas were okay, some not- older carpets, cracked tiles in room, and soiled furniture in the lobby"
