Cari Hotel Kapsul di Yucay

"We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

"Beautiful ancient location with modern features and amazing garden with stunning view on the mountains around the hotel. Very friendly and adequate staff. Would love to come again!!"

"Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, mit frischen Obst und Säfte. Das Dorf ist sehr gut erreichbar mit Minivans und Mototaxis. Essen gehen würde ich eher in Urubamba empfehlen. Aber das Beste war das King Size Bett mit Daunendecke."

"The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner."

"We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place"

"I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

"Incredibly charming colonial architecture that took us back in time. We had a nice view of the mountains. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, their restaurant recommendations for typical local food were spot on - simply delicious!. Breakfasts could do with more variety."

"This is a very nice hotel. What was outstanding was the dining area on the 9th floor which was a very great outlook for the airport activity. If anyone is looking for an observation tower, this is it!"

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"Loved the location and the view from the terrace WOW ! For the breakfast you will have the basics. The staff is super helpful and friendly !"

"The noise block was bad as people walking outside the room and talking was very loud."

"After we checked out, they stored our bags for free for 2 days until we checked back in after our Machu Picchu trip. Excellent service overall."
