I travel southeast Asia often. We prepaid a two day stay at this hotel. Our plane coming from Vietnam had Mechanical problems and it was returned back to Vietnam. This caused us to be late. We did not arrive at the hotel until 8 am. Because we were late, we were told our reservation was cancelled. This was prepaid and guaranteed. With a long delayed flight and two kids, not having a reservation that was prepaid and guaranteed was not good.
The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were friendly.
