Beautiful Ypres

I love staying here. It’s perfectly placed to explore and enjoy Ypres. Our host is a beautiful human, a lovely lady. I cannot recommend the B&B enough.

We loved this hotel. Super communication, easy access and easy, free parking. The room was really lovely and spacious with huge bathroom area, looked all new and was very clean. We didn't use it but liked the fact there was a small honesty bar and lounge area. My husband liked the chocolates in reception😂 Location was superb, walking into centre in two mins and we highly recommend it.

Short 1 night stay to break up journey across Europe. Sadly breakfast not available, but plenty of places available a short walk from the premises. Check in and getting room key was straightforward with plenty of information prior to arrival. Room was very spacious, modern and well equipped. Everything was in good order and clean. Would recommend and will hopefully be staying again on my return journey/

A beautiful room in an excellent area. The only complaint is the wifi was non existent. If you need to work or do research you can not do it with the existing wifi.

Hôtel à recommander malgre un manque d’accueil.

L’hôtel est bien situé à 2 pas du centre. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse avec douche et baignoire. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L’hôtel est calme. Les points négatifs:pas d’accueil ni de contact même lorsque j’ai appelé et laisse un message sur le répondeur. Pas de service de nettoyage alors que l’on restait 2 nuits. La lumière extérieure près de notre fenêtre au second étage côté rue était vraiment gênante pour dormir. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Don’t Be Fooled By the Pictures

It’s hard to know where to start in reviewing this property - avoiding hyperbole it is in the bottom ten of places I have ever stayed at - especially for the prices charged. 1. The internet did not work **the entire 3 days of our stay**. Apparently it was going to be fixed after we left, one of the days of our stay was a national day so this supposedly slowed the process down. I can’t say if it was a service provider issue or not, but I can say that it was not functional for three straight days and the owner did **nothing** to recognize that a major service offering in her overinflated prices was not met. Her remedy was to go a cafe to get our internet. 2. It was dirty - the floor was clean but the upper reaches had hardened spider webs throughout many of the light fixtures. 3. The breakfast, a 12 euro extra, was awful. Not just bad but awful, the first day the owner was there and in fairness it was just underwhelming. The second day she left it to her assistant and he was disinterested - eggs were grossly undercooked, then the bread was removed before we could make up for the fact that the eggs were undercooked. So we were left with very little edible. The dishes from our breakfast remained in the eating area all day and most of the night - not that was particularly inconvenient to us but it was illustrative of the fact he left as soon as he could. 4. Kamer tegen straatkant. Zeer veel lawaai van auto's. Ik had voor 2 volwassenen en kind gereserveerd. Er was maar plaats voor 2 personen en we moesten dan nog 40 euro opleg doen voor kind. Terwijl de boeking voor 2 volwassenen en kind was. Ontbijt was simpel, maar lekker. Voor die prijs toch meer verwacht dan producten van aldi.
