"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. First of all, they gave us a Queen room, though we booked a King room. Then, after entering the room, we found out that the toilet wouldn't flush. We immediately notified the front desk, but they did not fix it that night, saying they couldn't find anyone to fix it, and told us to use the lobby restroom in the meantime. "This by far was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in 40 years. No mirror in bathroom shower did not drain and smelled like sewer Lamp didn’t work and had no lamp shade. Had a 1990s TV with no remote. This place was horrible Xperia should remove them. I plan on calling the California Health Department. I had better I 3rd world countries."

"Nice place to stay with the family. We travel with 4 kids and they had a great time at the pool. Morning breakfast which is included was great the kids especially liked the waffle maker. Overall very nice and welcoming."

"We will not be returning. The front desk is only open for a few hours in the morning and before our stay started we called multiple times and never got an answer. Once we were turning in for the night we pulled the linens back to find a dead bug smeared into the sheets as well as random small stains scattered around. Once we called the after hours number someone came and told us “welcome to the country folks” and was very condescending. The room was also insanely dusty and an allergy nightmare....

"Horrible smell from the time you enter the stair case. At check in I was given the third degree. Room was awful, dated, old, dirty, smelly, even hair left on shower walls! Stay the F away. I can’t believe I paid $175 for this garbage but it was late and I had no choice and the freaking pictures were not correct! I’m pissed’"

"Lovely place! You can tell someone cared about the details. Coffee is important to us and we were pleased we were supplied a few pods to get us started the next day. Our room had a full kitchen which was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom was very unique, more of a shower room. The walls were a bit thin but was quiet when we needed it to be."

"Good size room, comfy beds, hot shower! Breakfast is available from 7am - we stayed 3 nights, but could only utilise it on our last morning as we headed out for Yosemite before 7am. We had a couple of lights not working, plus the property has a large area fenced off waiting on approval for construction. We would still stay here again, as it is well located for Yosemite at an affordable price!"
